itemic.design (the "Service") is a digital asset marketplace owned and operated by deform agency. By accessing or using our Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

To access premium features, you must create an account. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

You agree to notify us immediately at hello@deform.agency if you suspect any unauthorized use of your account. We reserve the right to terminate accounts at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that violates these Terms.

Upon purchase of a Pro subscription, itemic.design grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the downloaded digital assets for both personal and commercial projects.

The following actions are strictly prohibited:

• Reselling, redistributing, or sublicensing raw asset files to third parties.
• Sharing, publishing, or distributing AI Prompts obtained through the Service.
• Using assets to create a competing marketplace or asset library.
• Claiming authorship or ownership of the original assets.

Subscription plans are billed on a monthly or yearly basis. All payments are processed securely by Paddle (card & PayPal) or Cryptomus (cryptocurrency). itemic.design does not store any payment card information.

Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled before the end of the current billing period. You may cancel auto-renewal at any time from the Pricing page — your access will remain active until the end of the paid period.

All assets, AI prompts, design systems, and content on itemic.design remain the exclusive intellectual property of deform agency. Nothing in these Terms transfers any ownership rights to you.

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the Service.

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms. We will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page accordingly.

These Terms are governed by applicable international digital commerce law. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration or as otherwise agreed in writing between the parties.
